Seven (7) of the 24 candidates of the 2010 Bb. Pilipinas Pageant showcased their talents in the Talent Competition held at the Activity Center of the Ali Mall in the Araneta Center Complex. The candidates showcased their talent in front of the judges in hopes of winning the Miss Talent Award.The candidates who competed were:

- Selena Antonio (4)
- Nicole Kaufmann (5)
- Krista Kleiner (11)
- Marie Ysabelle Matubis (20)
- Dianne Necio (22)

The winner will be announced during the pageant's coronation night on March 6 at the Araneta Coliseum.
